Building Services and two related companies, expanding its operations in 17 states. Bravo! Provides facility services, including commercial janitorial and healthcare environmental services, to major brands in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, higher education, and commercial business.

KBS has been expanding for several years with the support of Procopio’s Mergers & Acquisitions team. This deal was led by John Cleary with support from Andrew Parsons, Eric Swenson, Rosie Kim and Sara Neva.
