A longtime client, the Jamul Indian Village Development Corporation (JIVDC), secured a loan with a syndicate of commercial banks including Western Alliance Bank, Nevada State Bank, Columbia Bank and CIT Bank. JIVDC is the owner and operator of Jamul Casino.

Procopio Native American law attorney Kerry Patterson shepherded the transaction. She has provided a range of legal services to JIVDC over the years, including all of the legal obstacles that needed to be overcome to construct the casino.
