51 Procopio Attorneys Recognized by Best Lawyers in America
August 20, 2020 (San Diego/Orange County/Las Vegas/Phoenix) – A total of 51 Procopio attorneys representing 35 areas of law in 4 metropolitan areas have been recognized for excellence by Best Lawyers in America® on their 2021 list of top attorneys.
A record 41 Procopio attorneys were named Best Lawyers in America, with two also receiving the prestigious Best Lawyers in America 2021 “Lawyer of the Year” accolades. In addition, 10 additional Procopio attorneys were named to the debut list of Best Lawyers Ones to Watch, a new category recognizing attorneys who are earlier in their careers, typically having only practiced law for 5 to 9 years.
The Best Lawyers in America lists are compiled annually through exhaustive peer-review surveys in which tens of thousands of leading lawyers provide confidential nominations and feedback. Only about 5% of all lawyers practicing in the United States are recognized in the 2021 edition, according to Best Lawyers.
Two Procopio partners were honored by their peers with “Lawyer of the Year” awards, a designation given to only a small percentage of Best Lawyers recipients. Partner Wendy L. Tucker of San Diego was recognized for her practice of Employment Law, and Of Counsel Glenn M. Feldman of Arizona was recognized for his practice of Native American Law.
