Kendra J. Hall is a Certified Specialist in Appellate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Kendra has served as lead counsel in nearly 150 civil appeal and writ proceedings, involving all aspects of civil law including business and commercial disputes, contract actions, employment, product liability and intellectual property disputes. She is also experienced in real estate and environmental matters, family law, trusts and estates, charter school litigation, anti-Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation (SLAPP) challenges, construction litigation, and medical and legal malpractice appeals. Kendra is admitted to practice before all the state courts of California, the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second, Fifth, Ninth and Tenth Circuits, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
