August 17, 2022 – Accomplished corporate real estate attorney Andrew Yocopis has joined Procopio as its latest Partner, based in its Scottsdale, Arizona office. The award-winning attorney represents a wide range of clients, including developers, landowners and lenders, in an array of multi-million-dollar construction projects in Arizona and other parts of the United States.

Andrew represents clients in the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and disposition of various commercial properties, including multifamily and mixed-use developments, office buildings, shopping centers, industrial sites, and hotels. Andrew also has experience representing financial institutions, REITs, CMBS trusts, homebuilders, commercial developers, and various non-real estate-related companies. Among his services are secured finance including non-traditional structures and collateral; acquisition, planning, development, financing, operation and disposition of real estate developments; and state trust lands.

Andrew is recognized as a Super Lawyers® Rising Star for Business Real Estate and a Best Lawyers® One to Watch for Real Estate Law, and was named a Next Generation of Legal Leaders in 2021 by the Phoenix Business Journal. He serves on the boards of the Berkeley Law Foundation and the Free Arts for Abused Children of Arizona. Andrew earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, during which time he served as the Berkeley Technology Law Journal Member Relations Editor. He earned a B.S. from Arizona State University, graduating summa cum laude.
