In a major success for client and wastewater management construction firm Infrastructure Engineering Corporation (IEC), it has successfully merged with Engineering News-Record Top 500 firm providing consulting and engineering services Ardurra Group. Procopio M&A attorneys John Cleary, Jessica Lazur and Andrew Parsons counseled IEC in the merger, in effect an acquisition of IEC by Ardurra.
