Overview
Karli focuses her practice on advising clients in real estate transactions. She has assisted in the closing of dozens of complex commercial real estate transactions, including performing title review, reviewing and revising purchase and sale agreements, and drafting internal corporate documents to structure the deal. Karli has drafted dozens of commercial lease agreements as well. She is a member of the Pechanga Band of Luiseño Mission Indians.
- Assisted in the mediation and settlement of a high-profile environmental enforcement case, reducing the client’s liability by over 99% from the original ask and preventing costly litigation.
- Performed title review and managed closing documents for a complex transaction involving 12 properties across 3 states, representing a $680 million acquisition.
- Negotiated a favorable lease amendment for Habitat for Humanity with an antagonistic landlord.
