Ashley Stecher

Ashley advises lenders, developers, investors, sponsors, landlords and tenants on commercial real estate transactions, with a particular focus on real estate finance. She represents clients in financing transactions involving senior and mezzanine debt and preferred equity, as well as acquisitions and dispositions, leasing and development matters. Her experience includes negotiating loan documents, intercreditor and co-lender arrangements, purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases and other real estate contracts.

Ashley brings an investor’s and business operator’s perspective to her legal practice. She helped launch and manage a family office, where she led investment strategy and evaluated early-stage investments across a range of industries. Her work included structuring and negotiating investments, conducting legal and business due diligence, advising on governance and risk, and serving as an active and observer board member.
