Procopio has an immediate opening for an Intellectual Property Legal Secretary to join their dynamic IP Litigation team. This position performs full secretarial and administrative duties for partners and associate attorneys including, but not limited to: processing new client/matter requests, client bills, time entry, foreign and domestic travel booking, and expense reimbursement requests. The candidate must have experience with E-filings and paper filings in the Federal Circuit, Court of Appeals, Federal, State, TTAB, PTO, and ITC (not required, but ideal) courts including filings under seal.  It would be helpful for this candidate to have knowledge of copyright, trademark and patent litigation experience.  Qualified applicants will have advanced word processing/computer skills utilizing a variety of software programs, including, but not limited to, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, INTAPP, Elite Webview, Chrome River, PowerPoint, Adobe, and document management platforms. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ of experience supporting 3-4 Associates/Partners in a fast paced IP Litigation Department. Procopio fosters a team-oriented environment therefor the candidate must be a  team player with a positive, professional attitude! They should also have strong follow-up skills, be highly organized, have strong attention to detail, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The expected working hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30-5:30. Procopio offers generous total compensation packages that are commensurate with experience.
