The Facilities Coordinator will coordinate with the Facilities Manager to address office repairs and maintenance requests in a timely manner. This person will assist with conference room and event setup and cleanup, maintain office and breakroom supplies, and ensure guest offices and meeting spaces remain well stocked and presentable. Additional responsibilities include monitoring and restocking copiers and printers, placing catering orders for meetings and events, and assisting with general office upkeep such as coffee service, refrigerator cleanouts, and supply organization. The Facilities Coordinator will also provide troubleshooting assistance for basic office technology issues such as video conferencing or phone problems and support occasional marketing or firm events. This role will also provide backup reception coverage by greeting visitors, answering and directing calls, announcing guests to firm personnel, and maintaining a professional reception area. The position requires someone who is comfortable managing multiple requests at once and can maintain a strong customer service approach in a busy office environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Candidates should be comfortable interacting professionally with attorneys, clients, and staff while handling a variety of administrative and facilities-related responsibilities. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, are required, along with familiarity operating general office equipment such as printers, copiers, and multi-line phone systems. A high school diploma or GED is required. This position is fully in-office at our Del Mar Heights location and follows a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. The role requires the ability to move throughout the office, assist with event setup, and occasionally lift supplies or materials.

Procopio offers generous total compensation packages. Typical pay range is from $65,000 – $75,000+ depending on experience. If your pay expectation is outside this range, we still encourage you to apply. Bonuses are awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance. We’re hiring a Human Resources Manager to join our Human Resources team in Downtown San Diego.

What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in supporting the firm’s people operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of HR services across all offices. Working closely with the Director of Human Resources and Talent Management, you’ll serve as a trusted resource to employees and managers, helping maintain a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace.
In this role, you’ll handle:
- Administering HR policies, processes, and programs to ensure consistency and compliance across the firm
- Providing guidance to employees and managers on HR matters, employee relations, and performance management
- Maintaining HR records, ensuring HRIS data integrity, and preparing HR reports and metrics
- Supporting annual reviews, compensation processes, and compliance initiatives
- Assisting with leave management, benefits administration, and onboarding processes
- Partnering with the Recruiting and Learning & Development teams to coordinate orientations and professional development programs
- Contributing to HR process improvement projects, system enhancements, and policy updates
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong understanding of employment law, compliance requirements, and HR best practices
- Proven ability to manage confidential and sensitive matters with discretion
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with HRIS systems (ADP or similar preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred

Procopio is seeking a Paralegal/Legal Assistant to support the family law group in its downtown San Diego office. The ideal candidate will have both family law paralegal and legal assistant skills for a minimum of 5+ years in a fast-paced legal environment and be comfortable working in-office 5 days a week (M-F). A paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program or equivalent is required. The role will encompass a combination of billable hour paralegal work, in addition to legal assistant responsibilities. The position will include responsibilities such as calendaring, communicating with opposing counsel and clients, scheduling/continuing hearings and mediations with the court or private judges, court filings, service of documents, preparing and/or drafting correspondence, judicial council forms and declarations, assisting with discovery, document review, preparation of DODs, screening new clients and running conflict checks. Previous experience using the MS Office Suite, timekeeping systems, and other law firm related computer programs is required.

What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in supporting attorneys who handle complex corporate and commercial litigation in both state and federal courts. Ideal candidates bring at least 7 years of experience in high-volume civil litigation and are confident handling:
- Drafting and formatting pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence
- E-filing in both state and federal courts, without the use of a full-service e-filing service provider
- Maintaining attorney calendars and tracking litigation deadlines
- Communicating with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Supporting attorneys with a variety of work styles and preferences
- Assisting attorneys with logistics and materials for mediations, arbitration, or trials
To be considered, candidates must have experience supporting attorneys in commercial and business litigation; bankruptcy litigation experience preferred.
