Eli W. Mansour, a Partner at Procopio and co-founder of the Aviation Practice Group, and Shippey have each done hundreds of aircraft transactions and have extensive experience with of all different types including finance transaction, purchase and sale transactions, fractional ownership transactions, foreclosure transactions and FBO deals. Rounding out the core group are real estate attorney Dana R. Bessenecker, tax attorney Jon P. Schimmer and litigator Edward C. Walton, who bring their respective areas of expertise to aviation transactions.
