Victoria represents businesses and individuals in complex commercial litigation, including class actions, data privacy disputes, contract disputes, and real estate matters in state and federal courts. She counsels clients throughout all phases of litigation and develops strategic, business-oriented solutions to help clients navigate risk and achieve their objectives.

Defended healthcare providers in privacy-related class actions in state and federal court.
Defended healthcare provider against a document subpoena issued by a multinational technology company, successfully preventing disclosure of client records.
Defended national non-profit organization in class action against fraud and consumer protection claims. Obtained dismissal of numerous claims and defendants named in litigation.
