Overview
Victoria represents businesses and individuals in complex commercial litigation, including class actions, data privacy disputes, contract disputes, and real estate matters in state and federal courts. She counsels clients throughout all phases of litigation and develops strategic, business-oriented solutions to help clients navigate risk and achieve their objectives.
- Defended healthcare providers in privacy-related class actions in state and federal court.
- Defended healthcare provider against a document subpoena issued by a multinational technology company, successfully preventing disclosure of client records.
- Defended national non-profit organization in class action against fraud and consumer protection claims. Obtained dismissal of numerous claims and defendants named in litigation.
- Represented owners of commercial properties and a multimillion-dollar residential property in real estate disputes, including commercial association matters, breach of contract and misrepresentation claims, and easement disputes.
- Represented technology company and 503A pharmacy in breach of contract actions in federal court.
- Defended railroad company in business tort dispute.
- Represented debtors in Chapter 11 avoidance litigation arising from bankruptcies of the nation’s largest dairy producer, a global battery manufacturer, and a leading firearms manufacturer. Secured seven-figure recovery for debtor clients during first year of practice.
