Troy Q. Strange

Troy provides litigation services for California employers. He provides his clients experience as a staff attorney with the Labor Standards Enforcement Division of the State of California’s Department of Industrial Relations, where he built and tried cases on behalf of California workers and advised office staff on the intricacies of California’s expanding Labor Code. Troy also counsels employers on compliance with California labor and employment laws, including issues involving performance management, termination, contracts, medical issues, leaves of absence, wage and hour audits, compensation review, workplace training and employment policies and practices.
