Taylor Tejeda

Taylor represents a wide range of employers in complex litigation matters. He brings clients experience representing both plaintiff employees and defending employers in single-plaintiff, class and PAGA representative actions in state and federal courts. He has served as second-chair trial counsel in multiple successful trials. Taylor counsels employers on compliance with California labor and employment laws, including issues involving performance management, termination, contracts, medical issues, leaves of absence, wage and hour audits, compensation review, workplace training, and employment policies in practice.
