Pauline defends public and private employers in employment litigation involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour issues, and PAGA claims. She handles single-plaintiff, class and representative actions and represents employers throughout the litigation process, from pre-litigation investigations and pleadings through discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, settlement negotiations, and appeals.
Pauline also counsels employers on workplace issues, including hiring and employment practices. Before focusing her practice on employment litigation, she held in-house corporate roles advising technology and financial services companies on employment, commercial contracting, data privacy, and regulatory matters.
