Nathan Gelbrich

Nathan serves companies from private startups to large public companies with corporate law transactions including contract reviews, terms and conditions on purchases and sales, non-disclosure agreements, routine regulatory compliance matters, and corporate governance matters, while working with our other critical transactions including securities compliance and merger and acquisition transactions. Nathan previously worked at Procopio as a summer associate and law clerk. While in law school, he served as President of both the Business Law Society and the Transactional Law Team and was honored with induction into The Order of Barristers.
