Overview
Mark’s practice encompasses both litigation and transaction matters, including the documentation of real estate secured loans and loan modification agreements, as well as creditor rights issues such as loan defaults, forbearance agreements, collection litigation, foreclosure and bankruptcy matters. Mark represents and provides legal services to commercial banks, real estate investment groups, and other businesses and lenders. He leverages his background in business management to provide strategic counsel to clients across various industries to assist them in navigating legal disputes and achieving their business objectives. Mark draws on his extensive litigation experience to offer clients a unique perspective in commercial real estate transactions, anticipating potential disputes before they arise. His combined expertise in both courtroom advocacy and complex business transactions enables him to craft legal solutions that protect his clients’ real estate investments while advancing their commercial goals.
