Kristen Meyers

As Chief Administrative Officer, Kristen oversees Procopio’s Finance & Accounting, Human Resources & Talent Management, and Facilities & Operations departments. She works with Procopio’s Management Committee to align administrative operations with the firm’s strategic objectives, helping drive organizational effectiveness, financial stewardship, talent development, and operational excellence. Kristen is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California since 2001.

Kristen has more than 25 years of executive leadership experience spanning finance, accounting, human resources, operations, and corporate integration. She has led complex financial organizations through periods of significant growth, acquisitions, organizational transformation, and post-merger integration, with responsibility for corporate finance, accounting, financial reporting, payroll, internal controls, compliance, and strategic planning.

Throughout her career, she has helped organizations strengthen financial operations, improve business processes, and support long-term growth. She has managed financial reporting and accounting for publicly traded companies, including oversight of SEC reporting, worldwide financial consolidations, and corporate financial controls. She began her career in public accounting, auditing public and private companies across a range of industries.
