Kendrick Lam

Kendrick prepares and prosecutes patent applications relating to database management software, memory storage devices, computer software and hardware, medical devices, and mechanical devices. Kendrick performs various stages of patent prosecution, including drafting patent applications, responding to office actions, conducting examiner interviews, conducting prior art searching, as well as counseling on export control matters. He brings to his clients firsthand experience as a U.S. Patent and Trademark Office examiner in agency’s Silicon Valley office. In addition to patent prosecution, he also has experience performing trademark registration and due diligence.
