Overview
Karina represents employers in key employment law matters, from counseling to litigation. She has defended Fortune 500 employers in complex employment disputes, leading case strategy, discovery, and motion practice. Karina has also represented clients in alternative dispute resolution, including leading mediation in a wage and hour class action. She advises employers on termination decisions, workplace policies, employee handbooks, arbitration agreements, and compliance with wage and hour laws.
