Jaime Steffens

Jaime leads Procopio’s Human Resources and Talent Management Department. During her lengthy tenure with Procopio, she has served in a variety of roles with extensive responsibilities, from recruiting to professional development. Under her direction, the firm built a new program focused on associate training and mentorship, significantly improving the recruitment, retention and advancement of associate attorneys. Her focus is on empowering Procopio attorneys and staff to better serve the firm’s clients. Jaime previously served in an administrative role at a firm in the Midwest.
