Overview
Hayden represents clients in complex business and real estate litigation, land use disputes, and financial services matters. He counsels corporations, financial institutions, developers, and property owners in high-stakes commercial and real estate disputes spanning multiple industries.
Hayden is experienced in all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation strategy and case assessment to pleadings, motions, discovery, trial preparation, and alternative dispute resolution. He handles a broad spectrum of cases, including commercial contract disputes, real estate transactions, land use and zoning issues, regulatory compliance, secured transactions, construction and commercial financing, title and lien-priority disputes, foreclosures, easement conflicts, fraud, trade secrets, unfair competition, businesses and management in fiduciary and shareholder disputes, and financial services litigation.
