Drew Jimenez

Drew assists local, national and international companies of all sizes in navigating high-stakes business disputes. He works with Procopio’s tax attorneys on real estate venture and investment transactions, and with Procopio’s deep bench of corporate and commercial litigators with matters in state or federal court, arbitration, mediation, appeals and strategic negotiations. His work spans disputes involving real estate transactions, contracts, shareholder and partnership agreements, and unfair business practices.

Drew joined Procopio in 2023 as a Procopio Scholar and later served as a law clerk, supporting attorneys on a range of matters including commercial litigation, personal injury, and other civil disputes. During law school, he was a judicial extern for the Honorable John A. Houston of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California and completed a summer program in Spain studying copyrights and trademarks.
