Overview

Boyuan focuses on intellectual property litigation and patent prosecution. He brings his clients expertise in semiconductors, software, medical devices, and clean energy technologies, among others.

Boyuan previously served as IP counsel for a large semiconductor corporation, specializing in semiconductor design and process development, patent portfolio management, patent licensing negotiation and litigation. Boyuan is a registered attorney in California and in China. He is also a registered patent agent in China and has been granted limited recognition to practice in patent matters before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
