- Managed all phases of discovery in court and arbitration proceedings, including document collection and production, discovery motion practice, expert discovery, and deposition preparation.
- Represented companies, public entities, and high-net-worth individuals in matters involving business disputes, fraud, product liability, premises liability, wrongful death, and employment claims.
