Adam is a registered patent attorney and litigator whose practice focuses on enforcing and securing patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets for clients ranging from individual inventors and startups to established corporations. His technical experience spans software, semiconductors, wireless devices, and electronics, as well as biochemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, chemical process engineering, and biologics. Adam’s background in both chemical and biomolecular engineering informs his guidance and strategy for clients involved in complex intellectual property disputes across a range of technological fields. He helps clients working in these and other areas, manage cases from inception to resolution, handling pre-suit diligence, infringement analysis, motion practice, discovery disputes, and expert witness coordination.
