In this presentation, Bob Levy and Annie Ellis will cover the 2019 developments in the #metoo #timesup movement and its impact on employment laws. In addition, this presentation will also guide employers on how to effectively prevent, respond to, and investigate complaints in the workplace with the overall goal of minimizing exposure and PR issues.
Session 3: “Must-Have” Employment Agreements
With the countless legal changes this year, 2020 is an excellent year for employers to conduct an internal audit of their employment agreements and key policies. In this presentation, Tyler Paetkau and Stephenie Alexander will cover the “must have” list of agreements and any legally required updates for existing agreements in these areas, including the following: separation, trade secret, social media, and general employment agreements.
