School teams are invited to join Procopio attorney David Graham for the third part of this special education webinar series for charter school teams in the 2024-25 school year. This webinar series will trace the concept of educational benefit, including IEP compliance and best practices, from referral all the way through implementation and into due process. 

This third session of the series on April 29, 2025, will focus on end-of-year issues: determining qualification for Extended School Year (ESY) services; provision of ESY services; completing timely evaluations while considering summer break; reviewing and preparing for new incoming IEPs; and handling discipline. This session will be beneficial to all faculty who draft and/or implement IEPs or supervise those who do.
