You are invited to join Procopio attorney David Graham for Part Two of a multi-part special education webinar series for charter school teams in the 2024-25 school year.  

This second session of the series on January 21, 2025, will focus on mid-year issues: preparing and reviewing progress of goals, appropriately addressing lack of expected progress, identifying struggling students, and the roles of SSTs and RTI in child find. We will also cover best practices when responding to parent concerns and referrals for evaluations. This session will be beneficial to all faculty who draft and/or implement IEPs or supervise those who do.
