It’s time for charter schools located in district space to prepare their annual Proposition 39 request to be allocated facilities for the 2026-27 school year. Annual Prop 39 requests are due on or before November 1, 2025.

Join our seasoned Procopio Prop 39 attorneys, Kevin Davis and Phillipa Altmann, for tips and strategies to prepare your request.
