Join us to learn about Title IX at your charter school, and meet the federal training requirements! Procopio attorneys Greta Proctor and Merrick Wadsworth will provide Title IX training for charter schools by webinar on September 23, 2025.

This 90-minute webinar will meet the 2020 federal requirements that apply to charter schools again, in light of the federal court decision vacating the 2024 regulations. The webinar is designed for your school’s Title IX team: your Title IX Coordinator(s) and anyone at your school who could act as Investigator, Decisionmaker, or Appeals Officer in a Title IX investigation.

Charter school Title IX team members are required to receive training on the 2020 regulations and add the training materials to their website. Attendees will receive a copy of the presentation materials to post, as well as Procopio’s Title IX checklist to help cross-check for compliance.
