A FOUR-PART CERTIFIED CYBER RISK MANAGEMENT COURSE

From sensitive customer data to critical trade secrets, a company’s most valuable assets are increasingly vulnerable to cyber threats. That’s why the Procopio law firm and ACC San Diego have partnered to offer select in-house counsel the opportunity to learn how to prepare for emerging cyber risks and deploy best practices in risk management, complete with receipt of a program workbook including valuable information, forms and checklists that can be put to use immediately in their own companies.

In an interactive, four-part program in Del Mar Heights, in-house counsel will engage in hands-on learning exercises covering data breach preparation, privacy laws and cyber risk management with ACC peers, industry experts, law enforcement professionals, and Procopio Privacy and Cybersecurity attorneys. Participants will receive certification as ‘Cyber-Prepared’ legal professionals.

Each series is approved for .75 hours of general California MCLE Credit.
