Procopio’s Diversity Committee meets periodically to review, monitor and address issues related to the achievement of Procopio’s diversity objectives, including the recruiting, training, mentoring, support, development and promotion of its attorneys from all backgrounds. The Diversity Committee has significant cross-membership between the key management positions that affect the recruiting, hiring and retention of diverse attorneys, including the firm’s most recent former Managing Partner and two current members of the firm’s Management Committee.
