has been appointed to serve on the City of San Diego’s Development Services Department’s ad hoc committee on development permit review streamlining. Under the direction of newly appointed Deputy Director for DSD’s Project Management Division, Elyse Lowe, the committee is charged with advising on steps DSD can take to reduce the burden, cost and time taken in reviewing applications for discretionary entitlements.
