Michael Lyon is a real estate transactional attorney and a founding partner of the San Diego law firm of Hilding Kipnis Lyon & Kelly. Mr. Lyon handles a wide range of real estate matters involving commercial, retail, industrial and mixed - use projects and for over 20 years has counseled lenders, developers, investors, government agencies, and national and regional retailers on contract, financing, leasing and development issues. He will be based in Procopio’s Carlsbad office.

Evelyn Heidelberg, joined Procopio from the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins, LLP in 2004. Her practice focuses on all aspects of environmental and land use law including litigation under state and federal law, including the California Environmental Quality Act, Proposition 65, the Coastal Act, and laws governing air quality, water quality, and endangered species. She also represents developers in obtaining a broad range of local and state land use entitlements.
