is proud to announce that senior counsel Mary Cataldo
has been elected President of the North County Bar Association. Her term will commence in January and run through the end of 2010. Ms. Cataldo previously served as a director from 2003 through 2005 and will complete a second three-year term at the end of this year. She has served as treasurer of the bar association for the last two years.
Established in 1956, the North County Bar Association is dedicated to providing its members with programs and services promoting the development of the legal profession. The association strives to advance the interests of its members and to improve the general environment for the practice of law in Northern San Diego County.
Ms. Cataldo's practice emphasizes complex business litigation and trust, estate, and probate litigation. She received her undergraduate degree in Education, with honors, from the University of Arizona in 1975 and her law degree from Western State University College of Law in 1994. In addition to practicing law, Ms. Cataldo is an adjunct professor in the areas of civil litigation, torts, and business law at Palomar College.
