Phillips joins Procopio from McDermott Will & Emery's San Diego office. His practice focuses primarily on patent litigation and will be a valuable asset to the firm’s Intellectual Property Team. Phillips holds a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and both a M.S. and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa.

Topol joins the firm’s Litigation Team as a 2009 graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law. Topol earned his B.A. in 2006 from the University of Virginia and his practice at Procopio will focus primarily on health care.
