Position available for an attorney with at least 10 years of law firm experience. Candidate should have working knowledge of ERISA and related fiduciary rules, knowledge of the Internal Revenue Code and its impact on qualified retirement plans, experience in the areas of executive compensation planning and non-qualified deferred compensation plans. Portable book of business required, and must be admitted to State Bar of California.
Qualifications
