Procopio is seeking a seasoned attorney to aid in the leadership and further development of its thriving employment practice. Proven leadership skills and the ability to shape and direct a practice group is essential. Proven marketing and business development skills are also a must. The ideal candidate should have experience handling all aspects of employment counseling, litigation and administrative hearings, including wage and hour issues, leave issues, FEHA claims and class actions, at both the state and federal levels. Experience in labor union negotiation and /or ERISA/benefits is a plus. Candidate must have portable book of business and 15 or more years of experience in the employment law arena.
Qualifications
For all positions, California bar admission and excellent academic credentials are required. In addition, Procopio is prepared to offer market condition compensation with bonus opportunities and an excellent benefits package.
