Overview
Miranda supports Procopio partners and other attorneys in assisting clients in environmental and energy regulatory compliance, enforcement, and transactional matters. Clients range in size from local businesses to national corporations, including municipal and tribal government entities. They require assistance in legal matters including state and regional regulatory compliance, contracts, due diligence, environmental permitting, enforcement defense, settlement negotiations, environmental contract provisions, and environmental remediation. Prior to earning her JD, Miranda served as a legal assistant, paralegal, and law clerk with Procopio. Her admission to the California State Bar is pending.
