Procopio’s franchising practice is comprised of attorneys from the firm’s Intellectual Property, Tax, and Corporate and Securities Practice Groups.  Our franchising practice includes all areas of franchising and distribution, proprietary rights protection and licensing.  We work with clients who are engaged in the sale, distribution and marketing of products and services, both domestically and internationally.  Procopio represents clients in various industries and in all major areas of franchising and distribution.
