The San Diego-based law firm Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP has signed a 96-month, $2.7 million lease renewal and expansion for 11,605 square feet of office space in Cornerstone Corporate Centre located at 1917 Palomar Oaks Way, Suite 300, Carlsbad, according to the San Diego office of Cushman & Wakefield.

"When we established our office in Carlsbad, we promised to be an important contributor not just to the business and legal communities, but to civic affairs and the overall community fabric of North County as well. The lessee was represented by Pat Rohan and Darren Morgan, of Cushman & Wakefield. The lessor, The Realty Associates Fund V LP, was represented by Doug Arthur of SENTRE Partners. Cornerstone Corporate Centre is a four-building business park located near McClellan Airport and Carlsbad Premium Outlets.
