The law firm Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch is moving to a new downtown location on May 3. The new office, at 525 B St., Suite 2200, will feature building-top signage, improved conference and meeting spaces, enhanced space efficiency and operational effectiveness, and generous parking.
The firm has incorporated original design and technology features into the new office, such as a rooftop contemplation garden and a skylight that will allow natural light to penetrate all top floors through an innovative stairway.
The building is in the final stages of obtaining LEED Certification for Existing Buildings as the firm pursues its own LEED Certification for Commercial Interiors. Procopio officials said they are committed to reducing their carbon footprint and operating in a sustainable way.
