Sexual Harassment in the Workplace: Preventing and Handling Sexual Harassment Claims

Procopio Attorney Allison Borkenheim, in partnership with the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce, will host a workshop addressing Sexual Harassment in the Workplace: Preventing and Handling Sexual Harassment Claims.

This workshop applies to and addresses the following:

• Applies to independent contractors and organizations with 50 or more employees
• Offers practical guidance regarding federal and state statutory laws
• Gives information about the correction of sexual harassment and the remedies available to victims
• Utilizes examples to instruct supervisors in the prevention of harassment, discrimination and retaliation
• Is ideal for supervisors, managers, directors, executives and human resource professionals
