Procopio Senior Counsel, B. Allison Borkenheim, in partnership with the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce, will host a workshop addressing Sexual Harassment in the Workplace: Preventing and Handling Sexual Harassment Claims.
This workshop applies to and addresses the following:
Applies to independent contractors and organizations with 50 or more employees
Offers practical guidance regarding federal and state statutory laws
Gives information about the correction of sexual harassment and the remedies available to victims
Utilizes examples to instruct supervisors in the prevention of harassment, discrimination and retaliation
Is ideal for supervisors, managers, directors, executives and human resource professionals
