Partner or senior counsel level position available for an energy attorney with experience representing owners and operators of domestic and foreign energy projects in all phases of financing, structuring and negotiating, and in the purchase and sale of interests in energy projects. The ideal candidate would work with developers, finance providers, and strategic partners on a variety of renewable energy and traditional power and infrastructure projects.
Qualifications
