Position available for tax attorney with seven to eight or more years experience with nonprofit and/or governmental finance. The ideal candidate would have experience with: (i) advising lenders/issuers on tax aspects of tax exempt bonds, leases and notes, including conduit, general obligation and revenue bonds; and (ii) advising charitable organizations on corporate structure, obtaining and maintaining tax exempt status under state and federal laws.
