Raymond G. Wright's practice encompasses real estate acquisitions, financings, and joint ventures; secured and unsecured loan transactions; letters of credit and other credit enhancement facilities; and taxable and tax-exempt bond financings.
Mr. Wright has specialized in financing transactions since beginning the practice of law as an associate with Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy in New York in 1974. Immediately prior to coming to San Diego in 1978, Mr. Wright worked on the legal staff of Algemene Bank Nederland in Amsterdam.
