Raymond G. Wright

Mr. Wright's practice encompasses real estate acquisitions, financings and joint ventures; secured and unsecured loan transactions; letters of credit and other credit enhancement facilities; and taxable and tax-exempt bond financings.

Mr. Wright has specialized in financing transactions since beginning the practice of law as an associate with Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy in New York in 1974. Immediately prior to coming to San Diego in 1978, Mr. Wright worked on the legal staff of Algemene Bank Nederland in Amsterdam.

Representative Matters

• Advised foreign and U.S. banks in connection with credit enhancements for tax-exempt bond financings.
• Represented real estate developer in commercial acquisition and construction financing.
• Advised developer of multi-family housing projects.
• Represented agent/lead lender in syndicated financings, both secured and unsecured.

Raymond G. Wright received his undergraduate education at Princeton University (A.B., 1969) and his law degree at Columbia University in 1974. He was admitted to the Bar in 1975 in New York and 1978 in California. Mr. Wright is an AV rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell.
