Mr. Lee's areas of specialization include tax-exempt bond financing and commercial lending transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and federal and state securities regulation. Prior to joining Procopio, Mr. Lee was an associate at the law firm of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP.

- Represented venture-backed companies in successive rounds of debt and equity financing.
- Represented a publicly traded wireless telecommunications equipment manufacturer in numerous PIPES financing transactions and federal and state securities law compliance.
Mr. Lee received his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College, where he majored in History and Government and graduated cum laude in 1998. He then attended the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he received his J.D. in 2001. He is a member of the State Bar of California and the American Bar Association.
